摘　　要：本文根据工程管理专业创新创业教育面临的问题与困难,根据人才培养目标,通过工程管理专业教育与创新创业教育融合的途径,从而构建基于创新创业教育的应用型人才培养体系。Based on the problems and difficulties of innovation and entrepreneurship education in engineering management specialty,this paper constructs the applied talents training system of innovation and entrepreneurship education according to the goal of personnel training and through the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and engineering management specialty.
