摘  要:本文应用剪切破坏准则,利用MATLAB编程软件,在Swift本构方程、修正Voce本构方程、修正Hockett本构方程模型下,基于Hill48、Gotoh、Barlat89、Mises4种屈服准则对材料AA5182、DP600与TRIP780进行成形极限理论计算.通过对比实验数据与理论结果具体分析不同本构方程与屈服准则对成形极限的影响.针对不同本构方程与屈服准则预测的结果选取适合该种材料的最佳成形极限曲线.In this paper, by applying the shear failure criterion, MATLAB programming soft- ware, the Swift constitutive equation, constitutive equation, constitutive equation of modified Voce model, modified Hockett, and with Hi1148, Gotoh, Barlat89, Mises4 yield criterion as the basis, the forming limit theory calculation is conducted of Material AA5182, DP600 and TRIP780. The effects of different constitutive equations and yield criteria on the forming limit are analyzed in a way of comparison between the experimental data and the theoretical results. And according to the results of different constitutive equations and yield criterion, the optimum forming limit curve is selected.
