摘　　要：目的基于德尔菲法和层次分析法,探讨并构建《基础护理学》技能评价指标体系。方法采用德尔菲法对15名专家进行两轮函询,筛选并确立评价指标,采用层次分析法确定考评指标的权重。结果技能评价指标体系包括4个一级指标即:专业行为、沟通交流、护理技能和综合评价,以及17个二级指标和37个三级指标。结论建立的评价指标体系具有科学性和准确性,可作为《基础护理学》技能评价工具。Objective To explore the evaluation index system of the basic nursing skills based on Delphi methods and analytic hierarchy process.Methods Using Delphi methods to conduct two rounds of enquiry for 15 experts,screened and established the evaluation index, and determined evaluation index weights by the analytic hierarchy process.Results Skills evaluation index system includes 4 first-level indicators, 17 secondary-level indicators, and 37 third-level indicators.Conclusions The index system has good reliability and validity,and can be used to measure the basic nursing skill abilities.
