摘　　要：食品安全互联网追溯体系已成为食品安全管理的一项重要手段。介绍了我国食品安全互联网追溯体系主要存在运行成本高、运行机制不健全、缺乏宣传和配套技术等问题,为了进一步发展食品安全互联网追溯体系,提出应统一体系标准、健全运行机制、加强宣传力度、完善政策法规等,以期为我国食品安全互联网追溯体系发展提供参考。Food safety internet traceability system has become an important mean of food safety management.This paper introduced China＇s food safety traceability system mainly faces some problems, such as the high operation cost, imperfect operation mechanism, the lack of publicity and supporting technology and so on. In order to further develop the internet traceability system of food safety, the standard of the system should be unified, the operational mechanism should be improved ,the propaganda should be strengthened ,the policies and regulations should be improved, so as to provide reference for the development of food safety intemet traceability system in China.
