摘　　要：本文以大连海洋大学国际合作办学项目为依托,根据国际合作办学的特色,尝试构建基于3+1国际合作办学的英语网络协作教学模式,旨在充分利用信息化教学手段,提高教学质量,更新教育观念,培养适合现代化社会需要的高素质的复合性、应用型国际人才。The essay attempts to construct the mode of English network collaborative teaching based on 3 plus 1 international cooperative education on the basis of the international cooperative education program in Dalian Ocean University and according to the characteristics of international cooperative education to make full use of the information technology teaching means aiming at promoting teaching quality, updating education concept, and cultivating high quality compound and applied international tal- ents suitable for the need of modem society.
