国外高校继续教育的管理模式研究

摘　　要：作为继续教育的重要组成部分,高校继续教育目前存在缺乏市场调研、资金投入不均衡、轻视非学历教育、专业设置结构失调等一系列问题。文章总结了国外高等院校继续教育管理模式的现状和特点,从办学定位、管理机构、课程体系、学习方式和经费来源等方面分析国外高校继续教育的成功经验,并对我国高校继续教育的发展提出若干建议。As an important part of continuing education, the continuing education in universities has a series of problems, such as the lack of market research, funding imbalance, contempt for non academic education, the imbalance of program structure and so on. This article summarizes the situation and characteristics of continuing education in foreign universities, analyzing the successful experience of continuing education in foreign universities in such aspects as school-running orientation, management organization, learn- ing style and funding sources. At last it puts forward some suggestions on the development of the continuing education in Chinese universities.
