摘　　要：以陕西2016级入学新生大学计算机基础应用能力现状为研究对象,通过前期调研、班级抽样、设计考题,测试评价抽样学生的计算机基础应用能力,并从生源地域、性别、文理科、理论知识与实践能力、题型等角度进行比较分析,研究其差异性。分析研究表明,陕西各生源地入学新生计算机基础应用能力存在有显著差异,实行分级教学非常必要,结合分析结论并给出开展分级教学改革的基本思路。Based on the fundamentals of computer application ability of 2016 freshmen of universities in Shaanxi Province, the paper aims to measure and assess the computer application abilities of the sampling students through prophase investigation, class sample and exam question design, and it also works on the divergence research by the comparative analysis on the students source, gender, arts or science, theoretical knowledge and application ability, question types etc. The analysis indicates that there are significant differences in the ability of computer application, and the necessity of graded teaching. Combined with the analysis conclusion, the paper presents the basic thoughts of the graded teaching reform.
