摘　　要：文章概述了在医院工程队伍管理中进行绩效管理的目的;介绍了关键绩效指标的概念;列举了在医院工程队伍绩效管理具体实践中所使用的关键绩效指标,并对效果进行了总结。The article describes the purpose of performance management in the management of hospital engineering team; briefly introduces the concept of key performance indicators （KPI）; enumerates the key performance indicators used by the author’s work place in performance management; and summarizes the effects.
