摘  要:目的 :分析内科护理网络课程资源库在教学中的应用效果。方法 :选择2014级护理专业6个班学生随机分为实验组153人和对照组151人,分别进行网络辅助教学和传统教学。比较两组学生的学习成绩,并在学期结束测评学生自主学习能力和评判性思维能力。结果:实验组各阶段考试成绩得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组自主学习能力的总分及各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的评判性思维能力总分及寻找真相、分析能力、评判性思维的自信心、求知欲和认知成熟度方面评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :内科护理网络课程资源库辅助教学方法能够提高教学成绩,且有利于学生自主学习能力和评判性思维能力的培养。Objective: To explore the effects of the medicine nursing network courses. Methods: Totally 305 nursing students were randomly divided into experimental group (n=153) and control group (n=151). Internet-assisted teaching mode was used in experimental group, while traditional teaching mode was used in control group. The examination scores were compared. Students' self-learning ability and critical thinking ability were evaluated at the end of the semester. Results: The stage examination scores in experimental group were higher than those of control group (P〈0.05). Experimental group had significantly higher scores in total score and all dimensions of the students' self-learning ability (P〈0.05). The total score of critical thinking ability, self-confidence, intellectual curiosity and cognitive maturity of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The internet-assisted teaching mode can improve teaching effects and students' ability of self-study and critical thinking.
