高职院校专业群的战略布局研究与案例分析

摘　　要：高职院校专业群的战略布局是当前研究与探索的热点问题,国家与地方均提倡大力开展专业群建设,许多高职院校进行了大量有益的探索。提出了有关专业群战略布局的两个关键内容:其一为专业群布局图及其包含的行(产)业与专业的关系,其二为产学研布局图及其蕴含的体制机制改革。提出了考虑专业群战略布局的三条基本原则:一是应结合当前并适度超前考虑行(产)业发展的需求;二是应整合业内优质资源促进产学研合作办学;三是应沉淀学院的办学积累与特色。以湖南现代物流职业技术学院的专业群战略布局为例进行了分析,根据战略布局,设计了三个专业群全面对接现代物流行业办学,以重点建设的先进物流技术专业群为实例进行了剖析,构建了以物流信息技术为核心专业的一主两辅两翼的群内专业布局及基于"院司所室培"的产学研一体化体系。The strategic layout of specialty groups of higher vocational colleges is a hot topic in current research and exploration. The national and local governments advocate carrying out the construction of specialty group in higher vocational colleges. Many higher vocational colleges have made a lot of useful exploration. The paper puts forward two key contents about the strategic layout of specialty groups： the graph of strategic layout of specialty groups and its relationship between industry and specialty, and the graph of production- study-research and its system mechanism reform. The paper puts forward three basic principles about the strategic layout of specialty groups, including appropriately consider the requirements of the development of industry, integrate the high-quality resources to promote the cooperation of production-study-research, and precipitate college accumulation and characteristics. As an example, the strategic layout of specialty groups of Hunan Modern Logistics Vocational College is analyzed. According to the strategic layout, the college designs three specialty groups to dock modern logistics industry. The paper focuses on the construction of the specialty group for advanced logistics technology as an example to carry on analysis, constructs the specialty layout called ＂one main, two auxiliaries, two wings＂ and the integration system based on production-study-research called ＂college-company-institute-studio-training＂.
