摘 要:文章将家族企业社会化剖分为企业人力资本社会化、物质资本社会化和文化资本社会化三个层面,拟定了这些社会化指数层面的测度方法,进而选取2011-2015年我国178家上市家族企业的经验数据实证分析家族企业社会化指数的变化特征。研究结果表明,我国家族企业物质资本社会化程度相对较低,但是却呈现上升发展势头;家族企业人力资本和文化资本社会化程度相对较高,但是近年来人力资本社会化程度有所下降,且家族企业文化资本社会化存在较大差异。最后,提出了改善我国家族企业社会化的政策建议。This paper divides the socialization of family enterprises into three aspects including human capital socialization, material capital socialization and cultural capital socialization, determines the measurement methods of the socialization index, and studies the change features of the family enter- prises socialization index based on the empirical data collected from 178 listed family companies in Chi- na in the period from 2011 to 2015. The results indicate that the material capital socialization level of family enterprises in China is relatively low, but it is on an increasing trend; the human capital sociali- zation and cultural capital socialization levels of family enterprises are relatively' high, but the human capital socialization level has been decreasing in recent years, and there is great difference in the cul- tural capital socialization among family enterprises. Finally, some policy suggestions to improve the socialization of family enterprises in China are presented.
