摘　　要：以薏苡茎为研究对象,采用乙醇超声回流提取,用不同极性物质萃取有效成分,比较薏苡茎提取物不同极性段物质的抗氧化活性。将薏苡茎提取物分为5种不同极性的极性段物质:石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、水。从总还原能力、清除ABTS+自由基和清除OH-自由基能力抗氧化等方面,研究各极性段物质的抗氧化活性。薏苡茎醇提取物的乙酸乙酯段物质表现出最强的抗氧化活性,为进一步开发、利用薏苡茎中的抗氧化活性物质提供了有利的科学依据。The Coix lachryma-jobi L. as the research object, was obtained by ultrasonicing and refluxing in ethanol, extraction of active ingredients with different polar segments, compare the antioxidant activity of solvent extracts of Coix lachryma-jobi L.. Five different extracts of Coix lachryma-jobi L. were analyzed which were petroleum ether （PE-CL）, chloroform （CF- CL）, ethyl acetate- （EA-CL）, n-butanol （NB-CL） and water （H202-CL）. It was to investigate their antioxidant activity, the ability of reduction, the ability to scavenge free radical ABTS＋ and the antioxidant ability on scavenge free ra- dical OH＇. All the five extracts of Coix lachryma-jobi L. showed the antioxidant activity, the ethyl acetate extract of oix lachrymal-jobi L had a significant effect on antioxidant, which provided scientific basis for further explore on antioxidant of Coix lachryma-jobi L..
