摘  要:目的:探讨慕课结合传统教学在内科学教学中的应用。方法:对河南大学2011级五年制临床医学70名本科生进行传统教学(对照组)及慕课结合传统教学(试验组)的对比研究。结果:理论考核、临床技能操作以及调查问卷评分,试验组均优于对照组。结论:内科学教学采用慕课结合传统教学的模式,能够一定程度地提高教学质量。ObjectiveTo explore the application of MOOC combined with traditional teaching model in Internal Medicine teaching. MethodsWe conducted a comparative study of traditional teaching (control group) and MOCC combined with traditional teaching (the experimental group) in 70 undergraduate students of Five-year clinical medicine specialty in the university of Henan ( Class 2011 ). Results The experimental group was better than the control group in theory examination and clinical skills performance and questionnaire scores. Conclusions The application of MOOC combined with traditional teaching model can improve the quality of teaching in Internal Medicine to some extent.
