摘 要:目的探讨以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)在医学影像学研究生教学中的应用。方法将2014级影像学系研究生24人分成两组,分别使用PBL教学(n=12)和以授课为基础(lecturebased learning,LBL)的教学(n=12)方法教授脑室内肿瘤课程,课后通过笔试和口试对学生进行考核,并对笔试、口试和总成绩分别进行比较。结果实验组口试成绩和总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学能够充分调动学生的积极性,有助于提高学生的实践能力,适用于医学影像学研究生教学,特别是关于各疾病影像表现的教学。Objective To investigate the application of problem-based learning (PBL) in the teaching of medical iinaging postgraduates. Methods Totally 24 postgraduate students of medical imaging were divided into two groups. Using PBL teaching (n=12) and lecture-based learning (LBL) teaching (n=12) to teach the course of intraventricular tumors. Effect was evaluated by closed-book exam and reading test. Results The reading test scores and total scores of the PBL group were higher than those of the LBL group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching can mobilize the learning initiative of the students and help to improve the students' practical ability. PBL teaching apply to the postgraduate teaching of medical imaging, especially on the image of the disease teaching.
