摘 要:针对目前环卫车在作业中会造成大量的功率损失问题,根据环卫车实际工况与需求,提出了两段式液压机械复合变速器(HMCVT),进行了调速特性与功率特性的分析,表明两段式双排行星传动能够结合分矩汇速式与分速汇矩式传动的优点。并利用AMESim软件建立了液压机械复合变速器的物理模型,对机械液压复合变速器传动系统的调速特性、负载特性、起步特性与行驶中的调速特性进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,变速器能够承受负载冲击,在行驶中变速时,应缓慢匀速调节排量比调节手柄来实现起步与行驶中的稳定调节。这对于提高环卫车工作效率具有重要的现实意义。In view of the current sanitation vehicle will cause a lot of power loss in operation, according to actual situations and needs of sanitation vehicles, a two - stage hydro - mechanical continuously variable transmission (HMCVT) is proposed, and the analysis of speed regulation characteristic and power characteris- tic is carried out. The results show that it can combine the advantages of input - split transmission and output - split transmission. By using the AMESim software, the physical model of complex HMCVT is built. The simula- tion analysis of speed regulation characteristic, load characteristic, start characteristic in transmission system and speed regulation characteristics in driving are completed. The simulation results show that the transmission can withstand the impact of shock loads, when changing speed in the start and driving, the displacement ratio adjustment handle should be adjusted slowly to make the stable adjustment come true. It is important to improve the work efficiency of sanitation vehicle.
