摘　　要：美国作家威廉·福克纳塑造了大量女性,在19世纪至20世纪上半叶,女性受清教主义、南方传统的父权制、妇道观及种族主义的压迫,处境困厄、经历着婚恋的悲歌、繁衍的恐怖、种族的歧视,许多女性成了罪恶的渊薮、家庭的败类,陷于灵与肉的挣扎之中,人性遮蔽,但也有一些女性勇敢地逃出藩篱、艰难地突围,执着地追求梦想,福克纳将人类未来的希望寄托在女性身上。American writer William Faulkner molded a large number of women. Iin the first half of the 19th century to the 20th century, oppressed by the Puritanism, the traditional patriarchal system, women＇s view and racist, the situation of women were trapped, experienced marriage disaster, the reproduction horror, the scavenging of the family, and the struggle of the spirit and the flesh. They became the reason of the obscurity of human nature, but there are some women who bravely escaped the barrier, struggling to break through, and persistently pursue dreams. Faulkner laid the future of human hope in the female body.
