当代大学生素质教育的动力学分析

摘　　要：在当今信息化时代,如何将大学生培养成为高素质的创新人才,已成为当前素质教育迫切需要回答的问题。本文从势科学与信息动力学角度,首先阐述了素质概念与素质形成过程中蕴含的导数机制;接着论述了智慧素质与创新产生过程是一个感性与理性交互作用的动力学过程;最后从信息人教育理念的重建、感性与理性的互动彰显、个性化发展机制的运用等三方面提出了当前实施素质教育的具体路径。In today＇ s information era, how to help students to become innovative talents with high quality has become the most urgent problem for quality education to answer. This article, from the per- spectives of potential science and information dynamics, firstly elaborates the concept of quality education and the derivative mechanism contained in its forming course, secondly comments on the fact that the forming course of wisdom and innovation is a perceptual -rational -interaction dynamic course, and fi- nally points out the concrete paths for the implementation of today＇ s quality education in the following three aspects, which are the aspect of the reconstruction of the information - man - education concept, the aspect of the interaction of sensibility and rationality, and the aspect of the application of personalized development mechanism.
