摘　　要：近几年,高职院校中外合作办学迎来飞速发展的机遇,同时也遇到相当大的挑战。高职院校要理性看待中外合作办学中遇到的问题及成因,并站在全局的高度考虑对策,通过调集各方力量来实现高职院校中外合作办学更快更好发展的目标。In recent years, the Sino foreign cooperative education in higher vocational colleges great challenges as well as the rapid development opportunities. Higher vocational colleges should view of the problems and causes in Chinese foreign cooperative education, countermeasures and is faced with be a rational consideration stand in the global perspective, through the mobilization of all efforts to achieve Chinese foreign cooperative education in higher Vocational Colleges to develop faster and better target.
