摘　　要：本文将以最新版英汉(汉英)石油化工词典为例,基于尤金·奈达的功能对等理论,总结石油双语词典所具有的特点,对其中的词目翻译进行研究,并从实用角度出发探究石油双语词典的编纂内容,在一定程度上弥补这一研究领域的空白,更好地服务于读者。Taking the newest version of English - Chinese （ Chinese - English） dictionary of petrochemical technology as exam- ple, the paper will conclude features of petroleum bilingual dictionary based on functional equivalence of Eugene A. Nida and literal translation of LuXun. It does the research on the translation of lemma as well as compiling content from the angle of practicability to cover the shortage of this field and make convenience readers better.
