水产养殖专业遗传学实验教学改革初探

摘　　要：遗传学是水产养殖专业的重要基础课程之一,其实验教学是帮助学生巩固理论知识,掌握实验技术的重要途径。本文以河南师范大学水产养殖专业遗传学实验教学为例,针对传统实验教学和考核方式的弊端,提出一系列改革方案,如:丰富创新教学内容,引入多元化教学模式,增设开放实验教学环节,建立科学评价反馈体系等,以期为水产养殖专业遗传学实验教学提供参考。Genetics is one important basic course for aquaculture majors, while its experimental teaching is the main way for students to understand the basic theories of genetics and master experimental technology. Based on the genetics experimental teaching in College of Fisheries, Henan Normal University, regarding the weakness of traditional experimental teaching and evaluation mode, we put forward the following reforms： optimizing the labora- tory teaching contents, introducing diversified teaching modes, adopting open experimental teaching modes, estab- lishing a scientific evaluation system and application feedback strategy, aiming to provide references for genetics experimental teaching for aquaculture students.
