摘　　要：目的:住院医师成长为合格的临床医生,加强培训过程管理是关键。方法:纸质调查问卷的形式有片面性和局限性,工作量也大。通过设计和开发"360度住培网络测评系统",利用信息化的手段进行科学、客观地评教和评学。结果:通过自主研发,成功构建了360度住培网络测评系统。结论:360度在线测评系统平台具有全方位、背对背、无纸化、随时性、效率高等特性,值得推广和应用。objective： Managing the process of training is the key to helping residents become qualified clinicians. Methods： paper-based questionnaires have its limits and disadvantages and require a lot of work. Results： Through independent research and development, the 360 de- gree resident standardized training online assessment system was developed. Conclusion： the system has the features such as comprehensive, pa- perless, real-time and efficient.
