摘　　要：目的探讨Clinpro^(TM) XT Varnish氟保护漆对青少年正畸牙托槽周围釉质脱矿的影响。方法选取因正畸拔除的健康前磨牙80颗,随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组粘接托槽后不加任何处理,观察组粘结托槽的同时涂布Clinpro^(TM) XT Varnish氟保护漆;应用环境扫描电子显微镜、显微硬度测量仪、染色法三种方法对实验牙釉质脱矿情况进行检测。结果电子扫描显微镜下可见对照组釉质表面极度粗糙,可见明显的釉质脱矿后的蜂窝状外观;观察组表面较完整,呈鱼鳞状改变;观察组显微硬度结果高于对照组,染色深度值低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Clinpro^(TM) XT Varnish氟保护漆能有效地预防青少年正畸治疗中的釉质脱矿,适宜在口腔固定正畸临床中使用。Objective To evaluate the effects of Clinpro^TM XT Varnish on juvenile enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment. Methods 80 extracted human premolars were selected and randomly divided into two groups：the control group and the experimental group.The teeth in experimental group were treated with Clinpro^TM XT Varnish after brackets bonding,the control group were taken no processing after brackets bonding. Then environmental scanning electron microcopy,microhardness and dye penetration were used to observe demineralization of each samples. Results Enamel surface of control group was extremely rough ,normal structure disappeared ,showing a honeycombed appearance under environmental scanning electron microcopy; Microhardness and Dye penetration results showed significant statistical difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinpro^TM XT Varnish has a strong effect in preventing enamel decalcification during orthodontic treatment with fixed appliance. Therefore, it is suitable for orthodontic treatment with fixed appliance in clinical settings.
