摘　　要：研究生思想政治素质关系着国家高层次人才培养计划的战略发展,同时民族院校作为解决民族问题基础的思维集中地,研究新形势下民族院校研究生思想政治素质具有重要意义。本文以调研分析为重点,着重研究了新形势下民族院校研究生思想政治素质现状所存在的德育观念弱化、民族意识薄弱、政治通化减弱等有关问题,并针对性的以"研究生思想政治教育培养、巩固、加强"的研究生意识形态为基础。本文的目的是通过对新形势下民族院校研究生思想政治素质研究,填补我国民族院校研究生的思想政治素质的教育理念与工作,并对民族院校研究生思想政治素质教育具有重大意义。The ideological and political quality of graduated students is related to the strategic developrnent of the national high-level personnel training plan. At the same time, the national colleges and universities as a basis for solving the national problems are focused on the ideological and political quality of postgraduates in the new situation. This paper focuses on the research and analysis, focusing on the new situation under the ideological and political quality of postgraduates under the new situation of moral education concept weakened, weak national consciousness, political weakened and other related issues, and targeted to ＂ideological and political education ,Consolidate, strengthen ＂the ideology of graduate students. The purpose of this paper is to study the ideological and political quality of postgraduates in colleges and universities under the new situation, to fill the ideological and political quality of postgraduates in our country, and to make great significance to the ideological and political quality education of postgraduates in ethnic colleges.
