摘  要:为研究扶正解毒散及其组方各味中药对乳酸菌生长的影响,提高扶正解毒散中乳酸菌的数量,将乳酸菌分别接种于扶正解毒散及单味中药中,并利用正交试验设计的方法对发酵条件及培养基进行优化。结果显示乳酸菌可以在扶正解毒散及组方各味中药中生长,最优发酵条件为:温度32℃,含水量40%,接种量10%;最适营养物质添加量为每千克培养基中含红糖5g、酵母粉3g、蛋白胨3g。结果表明,乳酸菌能发酵扶正解毒散,与初始发酵条件及培养基相比,乳酸菌活菌数提高了10.59倍,为2.11×10~9 CFU/g。This study aimed at investigating the effects of Fuzhengjiedusan and every combination herbs on the growth of Lactic acid bacteria,and increasing the amount of Lactic acid bacteria among Fuzhengjeidusan.Lactic acid bacteria was inoculated into Fuzhengjiedusan and single Chinese herb,respectively.Then,orthogonal test was used to optimize the fermentation condition and culture medium.The results showed that lactic acid bacteria could grow in Fuzhengjiedusan and every combination herbs,without exception.The optimum fermentation condition was 40% water content,10% inoculum size and cultivated at 32 ℃.The optimum addition of nutrients was 5g brown sugar,3g yeast powder and 3g peptone.In conclusion,lactic acid bacteria can ferment Fuzhengjeidusan,and the viable count of lactic acid bacteria has increased by 10.59 times with a viable count up to 2.11×10^9 CFU/g than initial fermentation conditions and culture medium.
