摘 要:宜昌香溪长江公路大桥主桥为钢桁架全推力中承式无铰拱桥,拱轴计算跨径为519m。拱肋采用空间变截面桁架结构,拱轴线采用悬链线形,拱轴系数为2.0。桁架拱采用2片主桁,主桁采用柏式桁架,主桁节点采用焊接整体节点。拱脚采用厚承压板格构+预应力的钢-混结合段构造。拱上立柱采用钢箱排架结构。桥面梁采用格子梁体系,在钢纵、横梁顶面布置焊钉与钢筋混凝土桥面板形成结合梁结构,桥面结构采用纵向部分固结+纵向限位+横向多点拉索减震的支承方式。吊杆采用整束挤压钢绞线吊杆。拱座采用分离式钢筋混凝土结构,拱座基础采用明挖扩大基础。上部结构安装采用斜拉扣挂、缆索吊装系统,拱肋主桁采用节段整体吊装,两岸对称悬臂拼装的方式架设。The main bridge of the Xiangxi Changjiang River Highway Bridge in Yichang is a half-through hingeless steel truss arch bridge of full thrust and with calculated span length of the arch axis being 519 m. The arch rib of the bridge is the spatial variable section truss structure, the arch axis is the catenarian and the arch axis coefficient is 2. 0. The truss arch is comprised of 2 main trusses that are of the Pratt trusses and the panel points for the trusses are the welded inte-gral panel points. For the arch springs, the structures of the thick compressive plate lattices+the prestressed steel and concrete joint sections are applied. The posts on the arch are the steel box bent structures. The floor girder is the lattice girder system and on the steel stringers and steel cross beams of the girder, the welded studs and reinforced concrete floor slabs are arranged in or-der to form a composite girder structure. The floor structure is supported in a way of the longitudi-nal partial rigid fixity + the longitudinal limiting + the transverse multi-point cable damping. The hangers are the ones of the extruded full steel wire strands. The arch seats are the separated rein-forced concrete structures and the foundation under each arch seat is the open cut spread founda-tion. The superstructure of the bridge is to be installed, using the fastening stay and cable cranehoisting system. The main trusses of the arch rib are to be erected by means of integrally hoisting and installing in segments and by symmetrically assembling starting from both the banks.
