摘　　要：设计的菌包自动灌制设备采用了机电液气一体化控制,该设备主要由菌袋负压拾取开口总成、基质填充总成、自动窝眼总成、自动插芯总成、控制总成5部分组成。重点介绍了食用菌栽培菌袋负压拾取、菌袋自动窝眼等关键设备,阐述了灌制设备主要零部件的材料选择及结构设计。In the design of mechanical equipment for automatic fungus filling, electromechanical and air - hydraulic integration - based control is adopted. This equipment mainly consists of 5 parts,i. e. fungus bag pickup assembly un-der negative pressure, matrix filling assembly, automatic nest eye assembly, automatic core inserting assembly and control assembly. Such key equipment as edible fungus cultivation bag pickup under negative pressure and automatic nest eyes of fungus bags is introduced and the material selection and structure design of main components of filling machinery are stated.
