口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探析先天性缺牙患者应用口腔修复治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年3月至2017年3月期间收治的84例先天性缺牙患者为研究对象,所有患者均给予口腔修复治疗,对患者临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗满意度进行观察,并统计比较患者修复前后的语言功能与咀嚼功能。结果 84例患者的治疗总有效率为94.05%(79/84),不良反应发生率为5.95%(5/84),治疗满意度为95.24%(80/84)。修复前,患者语言功能评分为(5.52±0.98)分,咀嚼功能评分为(5.10±0.92)分,修复后,患者语言功能评分为(8.62±1.03)分,咀嚼功能评分为(8.38±1.02)分,修复前后对比具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论先天性缺牙患者应用口腔修复治疗的临床效果良好,能够明显改善患者的语言功能与咀嚼功能,满足患者的美观需求,是一种值得临床全面推广与应用的治疗方式。Objective To explore the clinical efect of oral cavity repair in patients with congenital missing teeth. Methods In our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 treated 84 cases of patients with congenital missing teeth as the object of study, all patients were given oral rehabilitation treatment, and treatment of clinical efficacy, adverse reactions of patients satisfaction were observed, and statistical language function were compared before and after repair and masticatory function. Results The total efective rate of 84 patients was （79/84）, the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.95% （5/84）, and the satisfaction rate was （80/84）.Before restoration, patients＇ language function score （5.52 ＋ 0.98） points, masticatory function score （5.10 ＋ 0.92）, after the repair, patients＇ language function score （8.62 ＋ 1.03） points, masticatory function score （8.38 ＋ 1.02） points, before and after the restoration of comparison has obvious diference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efect of congenital missing teeth were restored with the oral application is good, can signifcantly improve the language function of the patients with masticatory function, to meet the aesthetic demands of patients, is worthy of clinical promotion and application of comprehensive treatment.
