摘 要:目的探讨动态情境模拟在骨科新护士培训中应用的效果。方法对骨科40名新护士采用动态情境模拟进行培训,共设置4个常见临床案例,每个案例设计2~3个病情变化的动态情境,融入4~6项操作、2~3项制度及流程。培训结束后用自设问卷调查护士对培训效果的评价。结果 40名新护士在参加骨科护士年终考核及新护士转正考核时,全数通过。新护士认为培训有提高应对事件反应及处理能力(39/40)、观察病情和判断能力(36/40)、对患者实施健康教育的能力(36/40)等效果。结论动态情境模拟能全面提高新护士的临床实践能力,今后将继续完善模拟的用具和场景。Objective To explore the effects of dynamic simulation in training new nurses of orthopedic department. Methods Dynamic simulation was adopted to train 40 new orthopedic nurses. Four common clinical cases were set,with 2 to 3 dynamic simulations of condition change being designed for each case. Meanwhile,4 to 6 nursing skills and 2 to 3 regulations were incorporated. The effects were evaluated by the self-designed questionnaire. Results All the 40 new nurses passed the final assessment of the year. New nurses believed that dynamic simulation could enhance their emergency response and ability (39/40),disease condition observation and judgment (36/40),and ability to conduct health education on patients(36/40). Conclusion Dynamic simulation can comprehensively enhance clinical practical ability of new nurses. Items and settings which are necessary for dynamic simulation should be further improved in the future.
