陕西电大国培计划小学音乐教师培训课程分析

摘　　要：2014年陕西广播电视大学首次承担了"国培计划"中小学紧缺薄弱学科小学音乐教师项目,该项目培训主题为--基础教育课改背景下的小学音乐教师教学技能培训,着力提高全省小学音乐教师的学科教学能力和专业水平。针对本次培训教师基本情况,制定出三点具体目标,以体现"国培计划"培训课堂体系的系统性、完整性、针对性。参照国培计划课程标准及申报方案对课程的要求,设计了三个维度十一个模块十七门课程。主要采用专家引领授课、现场观摩研讨、实践技能训练等多种培训模式。2014 Shaanxi radio and Television The Professional Development of music Instructors the teaching ability and professional level of music University for the first time to undertake the national training, within the Framework of New Curriculum Reform, To improve teachers in primary schools. According to the basic situation of the training teachers, Set three goals, Reflect the systemic integrity of the classroom. Reference to curriculum stand- ards and reporting requirements, Curriculum design of the three dimensions of the eleven modules of the seventeen courses ,The main use of experts to lead the field to observe and discuss practical skills training .
