“认领制”实验教学管理模式研究与实践

摘　　要：针对当前新建本科高校实验室存在实验管理人员不足、实验教师职责不明确、实验设备利用率低、实验教师和学生积极性和主动性差的问题,我们提出了"认领制"实验教学管理模式。通过教师认领实验室,开展实验教学、进行科研创新和指导大学生科技活动,改变了以前的实验室管理混乱、实验教师和学生的主动性不能充分发挥的现状。经过3年的探索和实践,取得了较好的效果。In view of the problems of laboratory management in newly established universities,which include that the laboratory experiment management staff is limited,experiment teaching responsibilities are not clear,experimental equipment utilization rate is low,the enthusiasm of the teachers and the students is lack of the initiative,we propose ＂Claim System＂ management mode of experimental teaching. Through claiming the laboratory,the teachers can carry out experiment teaching,make research and innovation,guide students to operate in science and technology activities,and change the status quo of the confusion laboratory management. After three years of exploration and practice,the ＂Claim System＂of laboratory management has achieved good results.
