摘 要:高校科研实验室是人才培养和科学研究的重要平台,化学品管理对于高校科研实验室显的尤其重要。在分析高校科研实验室化学品管理现状的基础上,结合科研实验室的特点,包括:安全事故难以预测;学生缺乏统一管理;课题调整频繁;危险化学品种类多;化学品管理责任不明确。制定了基于课题组的科研实验室化学品安全管理流程:规范化学品采购流程;做好化学品的储存管理工作;严格把关化学品的使用与处理。提出了科研实验室化学品管理的实施措施,包括:明确责任到人,加强管理培训。以期为我国高校实验室实施和推广化学品规范管理模式提供借鉴和启示。University scientific research laboratories work as important platforms for personnel training and scientific research,and chemical substance management is particularly important for research laboratories in universities. Based on the analysis of current situation of chemical substance management of university research laboratories,combing their characteristics such as being difficult to predict safety accidents, lack of unified student management, frequent adjustment for research projects, various kinds of dangerous chemicals, and unclear responsibility of chemicals management,this paper formulates chemical substance safety management process of scientific research laboratories including standardizing their purchasing process,managing well their storage,strictly controlling their use and disposal.Also the paper puts forward implementing measures of chemical substance management in scientific research laboratories,including defining responsibility to people,strengthening management training. It hopes that the research can provide reference and suggestions for the university laboratory management and their chemical substance management in China.
