基于质量提升工程的大学生思想政治教育创新研究——以昆明理工大学为例

摘　　要：面对国内外新形势对高校大学生思想政治教育的新挑战,以及新时期大学生自身发展中出现的新矛盾,大学生思想政治教育急需进行质量提升和创新发展。基于质量提升工程的管理理念和工作方法,既可用来指导大学生思想政治教育质量的提升建设,也可用来促进大学生思想政治教育的创新发展。为此,昆明理工大学围绕质量提升工程目标,在实践探索的基础上,提出实施"大学生日常思想政治教育质量提升工程",以组织保证、服务水平、精神追求、学风建设、创新创业、价值素养等思想政治教育核心要素为靶向,提出质量提升工程的七大计划项目,对新形势下大学生思想政治教育的实践创新进行了有益探索。Facing the new challenge to ideological and political education at colleges and universities under the new situation at home and abroad, and college student＇s new contradictions of their own development in the new period, the college student＇s ideological and political education urgently requires quality improvement and innovation development. The management concept and working methods of the quality improvement project can be used to guide the quality improvement and construction of ideological and political education, and promote the innovation development of the ideological and political education. Therefore, to realize quality improvement project goal, Kunming University of Science and Technology, on the basis of the practice exploration, implements the ＂Daily Ideological and Political Education Quality Improvement＂ project for KUST students. The project takes the organization guarantee, service level, spiritual pursuit, construction of study style, innovation and entrepreneurship, value of quality and others core elements of the ideological and political education as the target, puts forward seven plans for the quality improvement project to do beneficial exploration for the practical innovation of the college student＇s ideological and political education in the new situation.
