摘　　要：利用矩阵的奇异值分解和广义极分解,得到了列满秩矩阵广义极分解的半正定因子的新扰动界。所得结论改进了以前的结果,先前结论可看作新扰动界的一种特殊情形。With the singular value decomposition and generalized polar decomposition of matrix,this paper obtained new perturbation bounds for the semi-definite factor of generalized polar decomposition of the matrices with full column rank. The conclusions improved the previous results,and the previous results can be viewed as a special case of the new perturbation bounds.
