复方醋酸林格氏液对乳腺癌根治术患者电解质、血糖及乳酸的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方醋酸林格氏液对乳腺癌根治术患者电解质、血糖和乳酸的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2016年11月我院收治的乳腺癌患者81例为研究对象,随机分为观察组(41例)和对照组(40例),观察组应用复方醋酸林格氏液,对照组应用乳酸钠林格注射液,比较两组手术前、后动脉血pH、血清K+、Na+、Ca2+离子、血糖和乳酸水平,并进行统计分析。结果观察组术后动脉血pH和血糖水平高于术前,乳酸水平低于术前,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组术后动脉血pH和血糖水平显著高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后动脉血pH比较,观察组明显高于对照组,血糖和乳酸水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方醋酸林格氏液对乳腺癌根治术患者血糖和乳酸的影响较小,更安全有效。Objective The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of intraoperative infusion of cmpound acetated ringer＇s solution on electrolyte levels,blood glucose and latic acid in patients with radical mastectomy.Methods 81 patients with breast cancer underwent elective radical mastectomy from January 2015 to November 2016 were selected and randomlydivided into the study group （41 cases） and control group （40 cases）.Patients in the control group were treated by sodium lactate ringer＇s injection while those in the study group were treated by compound acetated Ringer＇s solution.The pH value of arterial blood and the levels of Ca2＋,K＋,Na＋,blood glucose and latic acid were compared between the two groups.Results The pH value of arterial blood and serum glucose after operation in the study group was significant higher than those before the operation,and serum lever of latic acid was lower than those before operation （P〈0.05）.The pH value of arterial blood and serum glucose after operation in the control group was significant higher than those before the operation（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,the pH value of arterial blood after operation was elevated but serum levers of glucose and latic acid was significantly decreased in the observation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Intraoperative infusion of compound acetated Ringer＇s solution in patients with breast cancer undergoing radical mastectomy improves the safety and treatment effect of the surgery.
