摘　　要：通过分析实验教学模式的现状,结合上海中医药大学教学实验中心,以校级建制的实验中心为背景,以最大限度服务学生与教师为目的,对实验技术人员在实验课程中的教学定位进行了一定探索。结合对学生的德育培养,通过实验技术人员参与对学生实验安全及规范化操作的具体指导、相关实验仪器和试剂的使用培训、大学生科学创新实验的指导、网络平台的管理等方面,最大限度发挥实验技术人员的业务能力,从而进一步提高实验课的教学质量,培养学生的创新能力与实践能力。In order to fully serve students and teachers,we analyze the present status of experimental teaching mode.The Experiment Center for Teaching and Learning in Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is a universitylevel institution. The center explores the teaching orientation of laboratory technical personnel in experiments.Combining with students＇ moral education,laboratory technical personnel join the specific guidance for laboratory safety and standardized operation,the training for the relevant laboratory apparatus and reagent,the guidance for the students＇ scientific innovation experiments,the management of the network platform. Laboratory technical personnel want to maximize the operational capacity,so as to improve the quality of experiment teaching,and train students＇ innovation and practical abilities.
