摘 要:作为高校师资队伍的重要组成部分,辅导员是高校从事德育工作、开展大学生思想政治教育、处理学生相关事务的骨干力量,辅导员的工作水平与策略关乎学生的成长成才。新建本科院校中的辅导员队伍面对学校从"老"到"新"的转型,面临着角色转换、工作方式转变、知识能力提升等诸多挑战,亟需采取与新办学理念相适应的学生工作策略。文章从学生发展理论视角出发,新建本科院校的辅导员在工作中应注意运用"开创教育、管理、服务三位一体的学生工作模式""搭建沟通平台,建全学校与学生之间的‘输入—环境—输出’通道""以学生活动为载体,全方位促进学生发展""强化班干部团队,加强学生自我管理"等策略,从而促进学生的健康成长。As an important part of faculties and staff in universities,counselors are engaged in the work of moral education and political education,and the backbones of dealing with student affairs.Their working abilities and strategies are bound up with students' growth.The counselors who are working in newlybuilt Undergraduate colleges confront the transformation from ' old' colleges to ' new' ones,facing the challenges of change of roles,change of working methods,improvement of their knowledge and abilities,and so forth.According to these situations,it is urgent for the counselors to take new student work strategies which can helpthem adapt to the new educational philosophy.From the perspective of the theory of student development,the counselors in newly-built undergraduate colleges should emphasize working strategies such as 'establishing an integrated working model including the concept of education,management and service', ' building a communication platform which can offer a channel of input-environmentoutput between college and student in the work', ' developing student's comprehensive abilities through student activities', ' strengthening the class cadre team and students' self-management',and so on,which can promote students' healthy growth and development.
