摘 要:利用混合吸附剂对葵花籽油中16种多环芳烃(PAH16)及色泽进行吸附脱除。通过单因素试验考察了活性白土、活性炭、混合吸附剂用量、吸附温度、吸附时间对葵花籽油中PAH16及色泽脱除效果的影响,并采用正交试验对吸附脱除条件进行了优化。结果显示,在混合吸附剂用量为活性白土3%+活性炭1%、吸附温度110℃、吸附时间35 min的最优条件下,葵花籽油中BaP(苯并[a]芘)、PAH4(欧盟限定的4种多环芳烃)、HPAHs(6种重质多环芳烃)、LPAHs(10种轻质多环芳烃)、PAH16的脱除率分别为99.88%、95.49%、97.63%、83.63%、85.71%,残留量分别为0.02、2.09、0.83、42.18、43.01μg/kg,BaP和PAH4残留量达到并明显优于出口欧盟的要求,同时油脂脱色率为79.43%,达到了一级油的色泽指标。16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and color of sunflower oil were absorded and removed investigated by single factor experiment, and the optimal conditions of adsorption removal were obtained by orthogonal experiment. The result was that: Under the optimal conditions where dosages of mixed adsorbents of activated clay and activated carbon were respectively 3% and 1%, adsorption temperature was 110 ~C, and adsorption time was 35 min, the removal rates of BaP (benzo [ a ] pyrene ), PAH4 (the summed four PAHs defined by UN ), HPAHs (six PAHs with four or more ringed), LPAHs (ten PAHs with less than four ringed )and PAH16 were respectively 99.88%, 95.49%, 97.63%, 83.63% and 85.71%, with the remaining amounts being respectively 0.02, 2.09, 0.83, 42.18, 43.01 ]μg/kg. The remaining amounts of BaP and PAH4 reached and significantly preceded the requirments of export to UE and decolorization rate of sunflower oil was 79.43 %, which reached color and lustre indicator of high - grade oil.
