摘  要:教育科研推进教师成长在理论层面和实践层面都已深入人心,但是近些年来,无论是学校管理,还是教育教学研究,乃至"名师工作室"成员的"成果",教育科研的自觉意识、规范意识、创新意识甚至基本常识,都出现了较为严重的缺陷。科研工作坊指向教师自主,扎根实践,追求成长。通过多种形态的推进,多重力量的互助,重在培育科研素养养成的生态。The Educational Scientific Research promoting the developments of the teachers both in theory and practice has been rooted among the people. But in recent years, no matter the school manage- ment, teaching and educational research, or even the "achievements" of the members from the "Renowned Teacher Studio", a|l have seriously |acked the basic common sense of educational scientific research, nor- mative consciousness and innovative consciousness. The Educational Scientific Research Workshops aim at growing the teacher's autonomy, strengthening the foundation of teaching practice and pursuing self-up- grade. Through the promotion of various forms and the mutual assistance of multiple forces, a teacher's scientific research quality will be naturally cultivated.
