摘　　要：现代高等教育具有服务社会的职能。师范院校图书馆如何利用自身文献资源优势为地方服务,也是高校服务地方社会职能的重要部分。就成立基础教育文献信息服务中心,如何高本校师生和地方中小学提供信息资源保障服务进行分析与探讨。Modern higher education has the function to serve society. As normal universities, the main part of serving society function is how to take advantage of available documents resources to serve local primary education. The paper analyzed and discussed the establishment of basic education document serving center to provide information resources to local primary schools as well as teachers and students of normal universities.
