摘　　要：成果导向教育(OBE)理念正在引领我国的高等工程教育改革,提高课程教学质量是目前高校教育改革的重中之重。遵循OBE理念,构建课程教学质量评价体系,转变传统教学评价模式,总结实践经验,是促进高校本科课程教学质量提升的有效途径。The outcome based education philosophy is leading the reform of higher engineering education in our country, and improving the quality of course teaching is the most important task in higher education reform. It is an effective way to promote the teaching quality of the undergraduate course in colleges and universities by following the concept of the outcome based education philosophy, constructing the teaching quality evaluation system, changing the traditional teaching evaluation mode and summarizing the practical experience.
