摘  要:全国医学(医药)院校青年教师教学基本功竞赛是医学院校教师交流教学经验,展示教学风采,提升教学能力的重要平台。在提高青年教师教学素养和推动我国医学教育事业的发展中起着非常重要的引领示范作用。结合参加及观摩教学比赛的体会,通过"以赛促教、以赛促交"两个主题分析如何提高青年教师授课能力及教学效果,从而更好地发挥教学竞赛对日常教学活动的辐射作用,以此供各位同仁借鉴和参考,并为未来的教学工作寻求可拓展的空间。The national competition of young teachers' basic teaching skills in medical colleges and universities is the important platform for exchanging teaching experience,showing teaching styles,improving teaching ability and growth. It plays a very important role in improving the teaching quality of young teachers and promoting the development of medical education in China. Based on participation and observation in the competition,this paper analyzes how to improve young teachers' teaching ability and teaching effect through the two themes of "promote teaching by competition,promote communication by competition",in order to give full play to the role of teaching competition in daily teaching activities,and sums up the teaching experience for reference.
