城镇化进程中农村留守儿童体育锻炼的现状及对策研究——以广西百色市为例

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对百色市农村留守儿童体育锻炼的现状进行调查和分析,指出其参加体育锻炼相对较少。文章分析了影响其参加体育锻炼的因素,很大程度上是观念上的原因,其次是设施不足。在此基础上提出促进百色市农村留守儿童参与体育锻炼的对策与建议,希望由此能提高农村留守儿童的体质健康水平。By using the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics etc, the paper investigated and analyzed the current situation of physical exercise of Baise rural left-behind children. The investigation found these children are lacking to join physical activities. The paper pointed out the influence factors of taking part in physical exercise. The fundamental cause is that the parents do not pay enough attention to the physical exercise, and the second is to lack of facilities. On this basis, it also puts forward the countermeasure and suggestion of promoting rural left-behind children to take part in physical exercise in Baise, and improve constantly the physical health level of the rural left-behind children.
