摘　　要：目的:为克服目前病理学实验教学大体标本观察中存在的问题,将常见病的大体标本拍成数码照片,制作出一套数字化的大体标本,动静结合,使学生更快、更有效地掌握病理变化,同时增加学生的学习兴趣,充分发挥学生学习的主动性、满足学生自主学习的需要。方法:将现有与教学相关的大体标本根据病变部位和病变特点,从不同角度拍成数码照片,利用图片处理技术,修整图片,将一个标本不同侧面、不同放大倍数所拍摄的照片整合到一起,并在典型病变处加入标示和文字,制成静态电子图片库;应用Flash软件将静态图片制成影片式的动态标本,应用于教学。结果:建立了病理学实验教学的大体标本图片数据库、整合的静态图片库和动态标本数据库,应用于实验教学,效果良好。结论:大体标本静态、动态数据库的建立,将克服传统实验课授课过程中存在的弊端,有利于提高病理学实验教学效率、培养学生的自学能力。Objective：To overcome the problems of gross observation in the current pathological experiment teaching, gross specimen of the common diseases were made into digital photos so that a set of digital specimens was created with dynamic and static combination, which made students grasp the pathological changes more quickly and effectively,increase students＇interest in learning, give fuU play to the students＇initiative to learn and meet the needs of students＇antanomons learning. Meth- ods：The related -teaching gross specimens were made into digital photos from different angles according to the pathological changes and pathological feature,with fin- ished pictures trimmed by using image processing technology; specimen photos from different aspects and different magnification were put together, with marks and words inserted in typical lesions so that a static electronic photo gallery was made; Static electronic photos were made into dynamic specimens of film type by flash software and applied to teaching. Results：The gross specimen image database was created, the static image gallery and dynamic specimen database were integrated , which were ap- plied to the experiment teaching and obtained a good effect. Condusion：The establishment of gross specimen static image gallery and dynamic specimen database will overcome the disadvantages of the traditional experiment teaching, improve pathology experiment teaching efficiency and cultivate the students＇self- study ability.
