高校课程教学大纲“契约”功能发挥的现状、问题及对策

摘　　要：教学大纲是指导"教"与"学"的纲领性文件,是教师教学和学生学习的依据,在师生之间发挥着"契约"功能。目前,由于观念落后,重视不够,制度管理体系和运行机制不健全等原因,大部分高校课程教学大纲的"契约"功能并没有充分发挥。解决好这一问题,高校应该进一步转变观念,正确认识教学大纲的功能和作用;完善教学大纲管理制度,增强权威性和合法性;丰富教学大纲内容,提高设计质量;加强对教学大纲的评价,提高实效性。Syllabus plays a contract function, which is a programmatic document guiding the teaching and learning. At present, due to the management system and operation mechanism, the contract functions of syllabus in most colleges and universities are not fully played. To solve this problem, the university and college should correctly understand the functions and roles of syllabus, per- fecting syllabus management system and enhancing the authority and legitimacy. We should improve the design quality and the eval- uation of the syllabus to improve the effectiveness of the syllabus.
