摘  要:随着近年来通信行业的转型升级需要,通信行业企业对自己产品的宣传愈加重视。通信行业除了要面对同行业间的竞争外,还要面对互联网企业产品业务拓展对通信行业传统业务的冲击。为了在市场竞争中不被淘汰,需要快速的把自己的新业务、新套餐、新产品推销给用户,这就对渠道营销人员的各方面能力提出了新的要求,而手绘POP因为其简单易上手,并且宣传效果显著等特点,成了渠道营销人员的必备能力之一。作为通信行业背景的高职院校,顺应社会发展与行业需要,开设了面向通信行业的手绘POP海报培训课程模块,并在教学实践中对课程设计进行不断探索与完善。With the transformation and upgrading of the telecommunications industry in recent years, the communications industry needs more attention to their products. In addition to the communications industry in the face of competition between the same industry, but also to face the impact of Internet companies to expand the business of traditional business communications industry. In order not to be eliminated in the market competition, we need to do new business, their new packages, new products quickly to sell to the user, which has put new demands on channel marketing personnel capacity in all aspects, and hand-painted POP because of its simple and approachable, and propaganda features significant effect, the one of the essential ability of marketing channels. As a college of communication industry background, conform to the needs of social development and industry, opened a hand-painted posters POP training course modules for the communications industry, and the design of the curriculum in the teaching practice of continuous research and improvement.
