摘　　要：目的探讨团队技能训练对改善慢性精神分裂症患者社交能力效果的影响。方法将2015年6月至2016年5月在本院精神科病房住院治疗的96例慢性精神分裂症患者采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,两组患者均给予非典型抗精神病药物治疗,常规护理和康复训练,研究组在常规护理和康复训练的基础上接受为期5周的团队技能训练,比较两组患者社会功能、社交能力改善状况。在干预前后分别用住院精神病患者社会功能评定量表(SSPI)、生活技能训练(SST)评定量表进行评价。结果研究组患者训练5周后SSPI量表、SST量表的总分有明显改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论团队技能训练能有效改善慢性精神分裂症患者的社交能力及社会功能缺陷,提高患者的日常生活技能。Objective To explore the effect of team skill training on improving social competence of patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods A total of 96 patients with chronic schizophrenia who were hospitalized in our hospital from June, 2015 to May, 2016, were randomly divided into study group and control group. All patients were treated with atypical antipsychotics, Routine nursing and rehabilitation training. The study group received 5 weeks team training on the basis of routine nursing and rehabilitation training. The social function and social improvement of the two groups were compared.（SSPI） and Life Skills Training（SST） scale before and after the intervention were used to evaluate the psychosocial factors.Results The scores of SSPI and SST in the study group were significantly improved after 5 weeks of training, which was significantly different from that of the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Team skills training can effectively improve chronic schizophrenia social function and social function defects, improve the patient＇s daily life skills delayed recession.
