摘　　要：学习支持服务是现代远程高等教育的核心,优质的支持服务是保障现代远程教育质量的一项重要内容。为促进远程教育教学质量,给学习者提供更优质的学习体验,远程教育领域亟待探索制定有效的远程学习支持服务工作规范。采用文献分析、问卷调查、比较研究和经验总结的研究方法,查阅文献资料,分析比较国内外10所远程教育院校的学习支持服务实践经验,开展远程学习支持服务需求问卷调查,提出现代远程高等教育学习支持服务工作框架。Learning support service is the core of modem distance higher education, whereas excellent support service is an essential to guarantee the quality of distance education. In order to enhance the quality of distance education and to ensure learners＇high-quality learning experience, an effective framework of distance learning support service is urgently needed. Based on literature analysis, questionnaire, comparative study, the practices of learning support service in ten distance education institutions at home and abroad are analyzed. Furthermore, with the needs analysis of learning support service taken into consideration, this thesisproposesa framework of learning support service in modem distance higher education.
