摘 要:职业教育是我国教育体系中的重要组成部分,也是培养职业技能人才,以社会需求为导向的一种教育。而职业教育的课程设计又是为社会培养专业技能人才的基础,因此,职业教育管理类课程在进行课程设计时,还需要对职业教育管理类课程设计的因素、动力与设计原则进行认真研究和分析,构建多层次化的职业教育体系,将人才培养目标落实到课程设计中,以职业人才培养需求为准,为职业教育管理类课程设计提供有效的参考价值。Vocational education is an important part of the education system in our country, and it is also a kind of education which is to cultivate vocational talents and take the social demand as the guidance. The curriculum design of vocational education is the basis for the training of professional and technical talents for the society. Therefore, the curriculum design of vocational educa- tion management courses is necessary to study and analyze the factors, motivation and design principles, sets up a multi-level voca- tional education system, implement the goal of talent training into the curriculum design, take the professional personnel training de- mand as the standard, provides the effective reference value for the curriculum design of vocational education management courses.
