摘　　要：目的:探讨色氨酸羟化酶1(tryptophan hyroxylase 1,TPH1)基因多态性和色氨酸羟化酶2(tryptophan hyroxylase 2,TPH2)基因多态性与青年人自杀未遂行为的关系。方法:采用i MLDRTM多重SNP分型技术对102例青年自杀未遂者(自杀未遂组)和112名青年健康对照(对照组)TPH1基因多态性位点rs1800532、rs211105、rs4537731、rs684302、rs7933505和TPH2基因多态性位点rs10748185、rs11178997、rs1386493、rs1843809、rs4448731、rs7305115、rs9325202进行基因分型,并对基因型、等位基因、单体型频率进行比较。结果:(1)单位点分析显示:以上12个多态性位点基因型及等位基因频率分布在自杀未遂组与对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)单体型分析显示:由TPH1基因5个位点组成的单体型G-G-C-C-G、G-G-T-T-G、G-TC-C-G、G-T-T-C-G、T-T-T-T-A频率在自杀未遂组和对照组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);由TPH2基因7个位点组成的单体型G-T-G-T-T-A-G频率在自杀未遂组和对照组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.034,P=0.002),经Bonferroni校正检验后,差异仍有统计学意义(P=0.024)。结论:TPH2基因7个SNP位点构成的单体型G-T-G-T-T-A-G可能与增加青年人的自杀未遂相关。Objective：To investigate the association between tryptophan hyroxylase 1（TPH1）,tryptophan hyroxylase 2（TPH2）gene variants and the suicide attempts in youth. Methods：A genotyping method of TPH1 gene polymorphism,rs1800532,rs211105,rs4537731,rs684302,rs7933505 and TPH2 gene polymorphism rs10748185,rs11178997,rs1386493,rs1843809,rs4448731,rs7305115,rs9325202 between 102 youth suicide attempters（attempted suicide group） and 112 healthy youth（control group） was established by using i MLDRTM multiple SNP techniques,and the their genetype,allele and haplotype frequencies were compared. Results：（1） attempted suicide group and control group single genetic point analysis showed：the discrepancy of genotype and allelic frequency of TPH1 gene locus rs1800532,rs211105,rs4537731,rs684302,rs7933505 had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）.（2）Haplotype analysis showed：the frequency discrepancy of haplotypes composed by 5 TPH1 gene locus,G-G-C-C-G,G-G-T-T-G,G-T-C-C-G,G-T-T-C-G,T-T-T-T-A,had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）;while haplotype G-T-G-T-T-A-G which composed of 7 TPH2 gene locus had frequency discrepancy with statistical significances（χ^2= 10. 034,P = 0. 002）,even through Bonferroni rectifying inspection（P =0.024）. Conclusion：TPH2 haplotype G-T-G-T-T-A-G,composed by 7 SNP locus,might increase the risk of suicide attempts.
