摘　　要：综述了药食两用资源薏苡仁的药理活性及其产品的研究现状,并对薏苡仁在未开发的领域提出展望,旨在为其在食品工业、医药、营养保健等诸多领域进一步研究及应用提供参考。This paper summarizes the current status of research on the pharmacological activity and products of Coix seed, which is medicinal and edible resources, and in the undeveloped areas of Coix seed is put forward. The purpose is to provide reference for further research and application in food industry, medicine, nutrition and health care.
